Honoring a Legacy. Educating the Future.

The Dino Rossi Education Fund was established to support students pursuing a future in the collision repair and automotive refinish industry through higher education at two-year, four-year, or vocational technical schools. Following Dino Rossi’s passing in 2020, Colours created this scholarship to honor his life, legacy, and lifelong dedication to the company and the industry.
Dino was a beloved member of the Colours team for more than 30 years and was known as a true jack of all trades with a passion for electronics. He approached his work with pride, commitment, and a strong work ethic—values that continue to inspire those who knew him. Beyond his career, Dino cherished time with family and friends, loved the outdoors, and was always willing to help others.
This scholarship is designed for motivated students who are committed to building a career in the collision repair field and who demonstrate the same integrity, dedication, and generosity that Dino showed throughout his life.

Dino Rossi Funds at Work
Through a special donation, two students received $2,500 tool package through the Dino Rossi Fund. By removing barriers and ensuring new technicians have what they need on day one, Colours is helping build a stronger, more sustainable talent pipeline for our industry.

Colours’ goal is to empower the next generation of technicians, support body shops with skilled and well-equipped team members, and continue building a stronger automotive community—one student at a time.
How You Can Partner With Us
The Dino Rossi Fund is initially funded through a contribution from Colours, Inc for $25,000. Individuals may make a charitable contribution through the Luzerne Foundation or participate in our other fundraisers throughout the year. Your support helps us continue honoring Dino Rossi’s legacy and positively impacting the community.

To better support our mission and maximize the impact of the Dino Rossi Fund, we’ve proudly partnered with The Luzerne Foundation.
Their expertise in charitable fund management ensures that every contribution is handled with care, transparency, and a long-term vision—helping us create even more opportunities for the next generation of collision industry professionals.
