At Colours Inc., we’re proud to celebrate our customer, Faulkner Collision Center of Lancaster, for earning not one — but two of I-CAR’s highest honors at this year’s Collision Industry Red Carpet Awards during the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

Faulkner Collision Center received the Russ Verona Memorial Award for Gold Class shops, while its manager, April Lausch, earned the Jeff Silver Memorial Award for Platinum individuals — marking the first time since industry legend Ted Hayes that a single shop and leader have won both awards in the same year.

April has proudly held I-CAR Platinum status since 2009 and is known for her passion for technician education, workforce development, and community involvement. She chairs the Central Pennsylvania I-CAR Committee, serves on multiple boards, and leads the NABC’s First Responder Emergency Extrication (F.R.E.E.) program — helping hundreds of students, first responders, and new technicians grow their skills and careers.

Under April’s leadership, Faulkner Collision Center of Lancaster has held I-CAR Gold Class status since 2015, earning top recognition from BMW of North America and maintaining certifications with BMW, Porsche, Tesla, and Volvo. Their commitment to training, OEM excellence, and community impact makes them a true standout in the industry.

Congratulations to April Lausch and the entire Faulkner Collision Center team on this well-deserved recognition — a milestone achievement that highlights what’s possible when leadership, education, and passion come together.
