The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has revealed the keynote lineup and curriculum for its inaugural WIN Virtual Conference, taking place October 9–10, 2025.

Carrying the theme “The Magic Continues,” this two-day online event builds on the success of WIN’s in-person conference held earlier this year in Orlando. The virtual format ensures accessibility for participants across the country while continuing WIN’s mission of education, innovation, and connection.

Featured Keynote Speakers

The conference will be headlined by two prominent leaders in the collision repair industry:

  • Lauren Kolak, Director of OEM Business Development at CCC

  • Sabrina Thring, President of Collision Group, Driven Brands

Who Should Attend?

The program is designed for women and allies throughout the collision repair ecosystem — including shop owners, managers, technicians, insurers, suppliers, and consultants. Attendees can expect interactive sessions that blend innovation, leadership, continuing education, and community-building.

“Join us for two high-impact days designed to put you ahead of the collision repair curve,” said Leila Hobart, chair of the WIN Virtual Conference. “From technology breakthroughs to leadership strategies, this event will provide actionable tools and inspiration to accelerate careers and businesses alike.”
